I think I've figured out why I can't gain weight. I started a bulking diet and am eating more calories now. But, I'm also going to the bathroom twice as much.

Is there even a point in me eating more? :D

lol. Happens to me, man. The worst thing I get is the gastric upset that goes along with upped calories, especially taking in the amount of meat I do. It's hard to actually cram enough fiber down my throat to keep things...comfortable. but it pays off. ;)

well i'll try to answer this poop question as best i can....

it makes sense that you would be going to the bathroom more if your putting more food in your mouth....but the thing to remember though, is that most of the nutrients in the food you are eating, are getting absorbed before they come out the other end. keep eating bro....it's gonna make a difference in the longrun.

I only drink one shake a day after my workout. And I go to the bathroom usually in the morning until late afternoon before I workout. :rolleyes:
