View Full Version : Proposed Diet When I reach My Goal

Hello guys,

Once I hit my goal of 160, I plan to do the following for a slow bulk to 185. Let me know what you think.

Breakfast- Oatmeal (1 cup 1% milk and 1 scoop of Whey), Two Egg Whites

Snack- Natural PB Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread

Lunch- Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Sugar Free Jell-O

Snack- Water Packed Tuna Can, Three Tablespoons peanuts

Dinner- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese with fruit, Banana

Post Workout Shake- 2 Scoops Whey, Milk, Creatine, Dextrose

I want to eat 15*BW and have Macro of 40/35/25

Supplements

Fish Oil Caps
Multivitamin
Green Tea
Whey
Creatine with Dextrose
1-2 Gallons of Water

Exercise

Cardio 45 Minutes 2x per Week
Weights 3-4x per week

All those foods look good, but I'd drop the milk post-workout. What are the exact cals/carbs/fats/proteins you came up with?

that doesn't look like enough food for a bulk
why take green tea on a bulk?

The diet itself looks good, but you'll probably need to increase it from BW x 15 at some point.

Especially if you want to do cardio too.

Well, I have bitchtits and they would start to grow if I do a straight bulk. I want to do a slow one so I can manage them.


I am thinking about 3000-3200 calories per day.
