when doing cardio work does it matter iff u split it up?
5 mins rowing
5 mins running
5 mins elip
then do it over again?

As long as you could go from one to the other without resting I think it would be just as effective as doing it all on one machine.

well a few heavy puffs a drink of water and il be back on another ;-)
you run on the eliptical machine...haha, sorry, I REFUSE to touch those things...
But with a serious answer to your question, I don't see a prob with switching what your doing, should work just fine.

When doing cardio it all depends on you average heart during the exercise. I would try to increase your cardio sessions to at least 20 minutes.
