Hi guys, this is me :clown:
Please dont laugh at me skinny bastard :p
I have been training for vertical jump/basketball for over a year..but

NOW I decide to devote myself to body building!!
Gonna EAT now..lol

people in the gym says i have a good base to start with..
I just wanna hear your opinions

Pretty well rounded base. I might concentrate on bringing your back up a bit more as it seems to be the only thing really lagging behind the others. Just eat and eat and you'll be getting bigger in no time.

thanks alot for all the comments, I havent really trained my back before =), have been only concentrating on the legs.
But now I'll focus on my upper body, I plan to bulk up in the next few months to see how it goes..

oh..I'm so excited, finally I can really train like a bodybuilder =D

You look great, but to me you look like you weigh less than 200. Your legs and calves definitely are developed! :thumbup:

good base, especially legs. dont take this the wrong way but are u sure your 200 lbs? I'm 6'3 and the only thing id says u got me beat on are legs... im 177lbs... but anyway, good luck. your upper body will see great newbie gains for sure

He's 6'3 and has some quads. Easily 200 pounds.

I know its hard to believe, I still wonder myself how the hell I weigh that much but still skinny like hell

I think 80% of my bodyweight comes from the lowerbody as we have this huge-legs, huge-hips genetics running in our family :p

I'm also known in the gym as a noob who squats 5x309 lb
BUT only bench 5x176 lb.... :cry: :cry: :cry: , It's embarrasing to have this upper-lower body imbalance :help:

Here is another leg-shots taken in day time to prove that I'm 203 lb :D

Like the others have said you have a good quality base, your physique is almost identical to mine, and i see where your coming from with legs that grow out of proportion easily! :)

Just focus on pushing/pulling hard and your upper-body will come it just takes time,

good stuff...

hehe, i knew someone would notice that
but nope, I dont shave, I just dont have body hair at all, even though sometimes I wish I had some...
any exercise that promotes hair growth? ..lol
