What are some good sources of protein, besides tuna, that can be eaten easily in school without a microwave?

besides...

Well; I'm trying to help add some protein into my girlfriends diet. I don't think whey would work simply because she doesn't have access to a blender and the protein she is uses would be a pain without one. (Met-RX; thick as pudding. :) )

Peanut butter is good...

Anything else?

Ya, I could pack some of that (MA's homeade milk) in her lunch, but it'd probably spoil pretty quickly and she might get some odd looks from her classmates. LOL. :p

Thanks for the help, I never even thought of cottage cheese. Probably cuz I hate the stuff myself.
