I'm hacked off with not getting the gains I want.
I have been on these forums for some time and tried to take the advice the best I can.
I am 6' 207lb @ 17.5%bf

I am doing WBB1 with 2 cardio days between weight days and weekends off.

Meal 1
1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup of bran with skimmed fat milk
60g whey with 200ml skimmed milk 200ml water
Kcal 506
carbs 39g
fat 7.7g
protien 64.2g

Meal 2
1/2 cup brown rice
70g mackerel
1 egg
Kcal 452
carbs 30g
fat 24.7g
protien 27.7g

Meal 3
1 can tuna
1/2 cup brown rice
Kcal 280
carbs 30g
fat 1.95g
protien 34g

Meal 4
1 egg
1 bio yogurt
Kcal 226
carbs 15.1g
fat 10.9g
protien 13.1g

Post workout peakbody SIZE shake (like celltech)
Kcal 185
carbs 34.5g
fat 0g
protien 11g
creatine 15g

Meal 5 ?

Meal 6
60g whey with 200ml skimmed milk 200ml water
Kcal 238
carb 4g
fat 4.5g
protien 47.4g

The total without Meal 5 is
kcal 1887
carb 152.6g
fat 45.45g
Protien 197.4g
creatine 15g

Meal 5 varies, tonight is salmon fillet, asparagus green beans and half jacket potatoe with olive oil and green salad.
Please help I went to india in March and was most unhappy with myself.
I'm off to Egypy in September and want to be in good shape so your input would be most welcome. :help: :cry:

I'm guessing your cutting. The calories look good to me, but if you don't lose a pound in a week then take 100-200 calories off. Its most probably working, it's just that changes come really slow. Its just the way things are.

you dont need 15g of creatine every day (unless your creatine loading).
5g of creatine before a workout is sufficient enough.

the breakdown looks good, give it time and it will happen.
