This is the recipe for something I either have for breakfast or before the gym to get an energy boost. I usually have this in conjunction with a protein shake, and only during times when I'm bulking.

1 English Muffin
1 Banana
1-2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Ground Cinnamon
Butter or Calorie-free Butter Spray (optional)

1.) Toast the muffin about halfway.
2.) (Optional) Butter the muffin or spray on some Parkay Spray (calorie free)
3.) Spread the peanut butter on the muffin
4.) Slice up banana and put the slices on the muffin
5.) Toast for another 2 minutes or so (this requires a toaster oven rather than a pop-up toaster)
6.) Season with some cinnamon
