As long as you are getting enough protein, its really not that big of deal. It might make the smallest amount of difference but just eat some cottage cheese at night and don't worry about it.

I agree, whole food would probably be better before bed. If you're gonna use Nietrean, just mix it with milk, that should make a pretty good nighttime blend.

I think that a blended protein is best for all occassions. Hence our products being blends.
Frank, I think you hit on a major point, other than price there really isn't much difference between our products and VPX's. Of course, I think our products probably taste better, but I meant in terms of quality of protein. Food for thought, no?

Another option that i'm sure you know about is Cottage Cheese. I have really been favoring getting my protein from natural food sources lately, not that there is anything wrong with a good protein shake. Just another option.

I keep missing this answer...
either way Nitrean in milk should keep blood levels of AA's stable for several hours

i believe it was 3 parts whey 1 part casein 1 part egg
so 60/20/20
