As most of you have read I have just had gyno surgery not too long ago and am recovering. With all this time on my hands at home I have been thinking of what I can do better in future cycle to eliminate the chances of getting gyno in future cycles. Based on some research into past threads and other various sources, I would think the Anti-E cocktail mentioned below might do the trick. Any thoughts?

12.5mg Exemestane - EOD
.5mg Arimidex - EOD
20mg Nolvadex - ED

I also remember seeing someone posting about how DBOL converts to methyl-estradiol or something of the sort, and was wondering is that stronger than regular estrogen? Will the above Anti-E cocktail above be able to combat methyl-estradiol as well?

It is stronger (don't know how much stronger though), and yes, if you use an aromatase blocker you should be able to prevent it's formation.

In your case it would probably be best not to use aromatizable 17-AA steroids at all.

.25mg of arimidex EOD was all I ever needed but it's better to play it safe.

Be aware though that gyno also can come from increases in IGF levels, something all AS cause to one degree or another so the nolvadex is a good idea from day 1.

Hence the combination of all 3. A little Aromisin to kill the estrogen, a little Arimidex to kill the aromatase, and some Nolvadex to block whatever estrogen is left over as well as take advantage of it effects on blood lipids.

I'm assuming also that adding these 3 to any cycle should keep me relatively dry as well as help to prevent gyno.

As far as I know aromasin is also an aromataze inihibitor, like arimidex.

Whoops, you're right. Meant to say a little Aromasin + Arimidex to kill the aromatase.
