View Full Version : My UD2 Cutting results.

photo on the left was taken i think in early janurary, the one on the right was taken today (12 weeks apart). in that time, ive done 2 5 week cycles of UD2, with a 2 week break inbetween. photo on the left im 18-20%. photo on the right im 12% and 22lbs lighter.

Good job man; seems like UD2 worked great :) It would have been nice to do the same type of pose in both pictures though, what are your plans now? Cut more?

defcon - might take some more pics within a few days, ill get 1 thats the same pose :)
ericg - yeah its a bitch to stick with, but well worth it in the end :)
im going to be eating @ maintanance for 1-2 weeks, then start a slow bulk, i wana gain 1lbs a week (wana keep fat gains to a bare minimum)

Adam MacKinnon: in the before pic i was around 185'sih lbs, on the right im 165lbs.
got my creatine and WPI order today, cant wait to get into my bulk :)

Manveet: good luck with it, the 1st few weeks on it are tough, but once you get used to the high volume you'll kind of enjoy it
