Many of you guys seem to monitor your bodyfat. Is there an in home device that most people use to measure bodyfat? if so, how much is it and where can i get it?

the mirror is the best guide
as most home made devices are not accurate

yeah...if you wanna go more hightech then the mirror, then I'm gonna have to go with calipers. well there's Navy Circumference as well...i think Paul's alluding to that...but I favor calipers myself...i got mine at a BB Nutrtion shop, but i think you can get them online too.

I find them fairly accurate...but then i think method is what matters...from day one I've been measuring myself in the same spots each time...so If anything, I've got an accurate trend. However, I can also say, that the calipers, mesh with Navy Circumference as well, so that's about as accurate as I can get without using a dunktank.
