Bacon, 1 slice: ~42 Cals ~3.0g protein ~3g fat 0 carbs
Since a given BLT has a minimum of three slices of bacon, thats 120-150 cals right there. If you have mayo with it, this can also jump the calories pretty high. The biggest issue is that I believe bacon and mayo are high in saturated fats, which are the worst kind for your overall health. The lettuce, tomato, and bread aren't bad though - so go mayo free and switch to fat-free ham instead of the bacon I'd say.

One every now and then won't be bad for you

You could also try the fat free turkey bacon with no mayo. I would use 2 slices of ww bread, 3 slices of turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato, that actually wouldn't be too bad.
