I know one time is nothing...But tonight had like a 8oz lean beef burger chopped up (good) mixed with a big bowl of tortellini pasta with marinara sause. I didn't have anything else really ready to eat soo i grabbed that. Will having pasta for dinner affect my vascularity and muscle definition? Right now im trying to bulk but pretty clean. I know 1 time makes no difference but can i throw pasta in my dinner more often? Is it too late in the day?
