I imagine the mix is just a bunch of sodium. Most, if not all, of the calories are from the noodles.

What he said, its basically all the cals - sodium.

does it add the saturated fat too, or is that just from noodles?

It's just a flavor packet, there's barely anything in there cept the loads of sodium.

Hey, you can take it that way if you want, but you were the first to attack with your little bit of sarcasm at the end. If I took it wrong, I apologize, but I don't think I did. So, if you're gonna throw around insults, look towards yourself too.

It was a dumb question to begin with.

Well, I apologize then, as the tone of the text seemed to point towards making fun of me.

ANYWAYS...to break up an argument... there cant be THAT much fat in the noodles....look at the pack and it says 8g fat per serving.. and there's 2 servings in a "block" of noodles. That's 16g fat?? I doubt that's all noodles. I have angelhair spaghetti noodles sitting right beside it that say only 2g fat per 16'th of the package.. and its a big ass package, one serving of the spaghetti noodles is almost as much as the entire block of ramen noodles... so I'm going to say that MOST of the fat (not all) comes from the pack as well...

Just my $.02 on the subject..

after further review, i think i'm right and the thing is with the packet added in the calories because there is differences in calories between creamy chicken and regular chicken. though the packet probably only accounts for 20 or so calories, so stupid question neway.
