Well guys, I still have a long way to go before I reach my goal weight of 160 and then begin a bulk to 185. Below is a small collage of my progress so far. This is for the last 18 months. Please let me know what you think.

There will not be any front shots just yet since I still have mantits. Maybe when I do my cycle of PH I will have some results worthy of posting.

Weight started arounf 240-245. My current weight is 168-170.

Thank man. Yeah, everyone commented on the haircut big time at work. I was going to keep it clean cut most of the time but keep forgeting to go get a trim.

damn fine job! so tell us what you did... as far as diet and exercise?

Right now I am doing 40min of cardio 5 days a week... eating clean.. this is the first time I have ever had to try to lose wt. hoping i will see results.

Well, far as cardio I did not do it consistently. I would not do cardio for weeks and then sometimes I would do about 45 prior to and after a workout 3 to 4 times per week.

As for the diet, I lost my first 20 pounds using a balanced diet with a macronutrient break down of 40/35/25. The rest of the weight I lost with a CKD. For a while, I lost about 3 pounds per week. Most of which I realize was water.

The one thing that has always been consistent is my diet and exercise. I think I have only missed one workout in all this time. The hardest right now is losing the last 5-10 pounds. I have been struggling with this for about two months. I am even thinking of forgetting this and start bulking and taking creatine and ph. I am going to keep trying until the end of May and then will do a cycle regardless of my results.

Huh? I just want to clarify it was not a mullet or anything. I just let my hair grow and had it in a messy pony tail. I later went with a fade which I have not been keeping up.
