Hi everyone.
I'm a complete beginner with body building..and I need to have a diet plan that lists what i have to eat in breakfast,what at the mid day meals,etc.But no one can help me with it,not even the instructor at my gym(he isn;t good with diets).So,could anyone from you guys help me design one for myself?

how much do you weight, and what do you want to do, lose fat, gain muscle, or stay the same ---- don't say lose fat and gain muscle, it does not work that way ( well at the begining it does) but not in general terms
