I am about 164 cm and about 143 pounds...I consume about 2600 calories (daily)...40/30/30 split. 250 Protein, 193 Carb and 83 Fat...

I am not gaining any weight with this calorie intake. How do I up the calories to gain a pound a week?? Do I up the carbs and keep protein and fat the same as before?...Or do I Up the calories evenly between protein, carbs and Fat using da 40/30/30 split?? EG.. 3000 Calories: 300 Protein, 225 Carbs and 100 Fat

And I'm gonna do 30 min of moderate intense cardio on non-training days...So should I up my calories like around 500 Calories on that day???

if you arent gaining I would say to add an additional 200 calories per week until you are gaining and if you intend to keep the 40/30/30 ratio then each nutrient carbs protein and fat would have to be increased.

With that much protein, be sure to be religious about drinking that gallon+ of water per day.

Me too, but around the end of the day it really starts to come back, doesn't it??:D

For me, it's every 20 minutes, not the end of the day =P.

4500 cals, 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fats.

Dude, why are you doing cardio if you are having trouble gaining weight? Cut out the cardio completely, unless you are doing it for your hearts benefit.

(148lbs, 5' 5).
