Hi there, im on my 14th and last day of my first clen cycle, i have gone from 25mcg to 150mcg and am now tapering down... my intentions ar to do two days on, tow days off now...is this ok?
Further, i experineced almsot dramatic fat loss the first week, however, even as the dosage had incresed, i have not seen any further loss, and in fact my weight has gone up, though it appears the gain is not fat (probally due to a huge protien increase or soemthing, or incresed vigore at the gym??? as i do not belive that Clen can really add muscle?) Am was in a servere calorice restrictive diet (about 1000 cals s day, im 5'8", 215lbs) and daily worked outs, since them i haveonly incresed my intake to about 1500 a day).
To continue the fat loss, what can i do? Or will i see it again if i stop the clen, so 2 weeks of an eca and then start again? or so i need to lower my cal intake again and/or up my cardio?

No, clen has an half life of 36 hours so you'll never be off. If avoiding beta andrenergic receptors downregulation is your goal then you won't manage to do that. Just get soem ketotifen.

If your beta andrenergic receptors down regulated you'll need to be off for at least two weeks, and taking an ECA will hinder upregulation, as it also causes the downregulation of said receptors.
So you should be off both drugs for two weeks.
Better yet, you should tapper it off, according to Bryan Haycock.

I believe clen is slightly anabolic, or so I've read.

they use it in animals to promote muscle growth :\ or so i've heard.

If you take 13 500 pills of 20 mcg per day, which is the equivalent to the dosage they used in rats for a 200 pound person, it may have a noticeable anti-catabolic effect.

I would have thought it would be a letal dose.

I' don't believe CLen in humans is anabolic, perhaps the increase is a sort of placebo affect, and maybe an increase of intensity at the gym...
About the fat loss now...i am unable to get ketotifin, so to avoid down regulation (which essentially reduces the affectiveness of Clen - right?) i should stay off of any simulant type diet supplements at least 10 days? Is 7 days long enough?
And further, what sort of diet works best/well with Clen, i can't do the protien/Keto very well, so i just stay on a low cal, watch my Glycemic indexex, and of coruse try to increase my cardio sum...
(thanks for all the help guys!)

ops, I missinterpreted your post here. Nevermind.

You should stay away from beta andrenergic agonists for two weeks. Everyone else will tell you that you can use an ECA though.

Low carb. Doesn't have to be keto, but insulin will mess with the clen.

is down regulation when, essentially your body adjusts to the affects of clen (or ECA, etc) and the effects are reduced?
Sorry for the myraid of questions!

Restless has been posting why, go back and read his very first reply.

You could say that. I believe downregulation can be either a decrease in the number of receptors or a decrease in the sensitivity of the receptors, honestly I'm not sure which happens here.
But anyway, t's irrelevant for the discussion. Once they're completely down regulated the thermogenic effect will cease, ence no increased fat loss whatsoever.
Due to it's excelent afinity to these receptors, clen causes a severe downregulation of these receptors in the 2-3 weeks time frame, while ephedrine will take many months to do so, since it's afinity is much much lower. The problem is, that once clen has completely "shut down" the beta andrenergic receptors, not only will ephedrine be completely useless in what regards thermogenesis but it will also prevent the upregulation of the receptors.
Now this usually doesn't stop anyone from recomending alternating both though.
