I read the article(the one maki wrote) on sldl and I've been looking at some videos, my question is do you touch the ground on every rep. I'm trying to follow this form illustrated here, is he touching the ground? And is this good form?
I really feel like I'm missing out since I don't do this exercise and lately I've been neglecting my hamstrings(hate leg curls). I wish I had a video camera so I could get a video of myself doing it and posting it for critique heh. I don't workout at a gym so it's hard to get a feedback. Any help would be great.

You know a rule of thumb I always follow is work the muscle not the movement. On SLDL if I go any further than parallel and I'm targeting my hams, my lower back takes over. So I would say find out where your ROM is for this movement.
