If you're only 16 years old AAS/PHs are not for you

At 16 you have no business using steroids.

Chase, I'm honored you used my thread. Hey Gfed, I'm 16 too, I started some dbol and I gained about 6lbs in a week. I got sick for a week, and lost EVERYTHING I gained. With the help of Chase and others, I decided I'm not ready for it yet. It will ***** you up. You have enough testosterone surging through your body alone right now to help you make massive gains. I dont know how many times I've heard this. Eat Eat Eat Lift Hard and have a good diet. You'll do fine. Also listen to the guys. They know their *****. Don't do AAS.

You can make great gains naturally at your age. Don't look for shortcuts.
