I was trying to lose some weight and I've been doing the diet (low sugar, low-moderate carbs, high protein, low fat) for 10 days now.

The first four pictures are before, the second four are after.

Also, does it look like I have gyno to anyone?

Hard to tell, 10 days isn't much time man.

Yeah your gonna have to give it a little more time, also try to take the pics in the same lighting/same distance. Gyno, no. Fat, yes. Work hard and the results are inevitable.

Come back in a month...or 2. Also, post this in "Member Pics" forum.

After some close observation I can definitely see a difference. You look a little leaner in the lovehandle area. But like these guys said, give it some time. Did your weight change on the scale? And no I don't think you have gyno.

Looks like youve taken up smoking in the last 10 days. Maybe thats why you look cooler in the second set of pics ;)

Honestly, im with the other guys, need to give it more time

geoffgarcia, I know you are right, but just wondering if you would explain what are the downsizes of such a approach, just curious...

Low saturated fats. Moderate good fats. That's what I call "low fat".

Yeah, only cool people smoke. =)

Basically, I've dropped my cardio all together. I've been taking Phentermine and Cortislim and they have killed my appetite completely. So I basically have no urges to eat anything which makes eating a perfect diet easy to do.

I was weighing in at around 206-210 in the beginning. Now I go from 200-204 so I figured I could see some improvement, that why I posted.

I know it hasn't been that long but I was hoping to not have to go beyond 12 weeks on this diet. Is it possible for me to look lean (maybe not a 6 pack) in another 74 days?

Weight is 200-204ish
Height is 5'11
Arms 17 inches
Waist (around belly button) 38 inches
Chest 49 inches
Legs (around mid quad level) 28 inches

Max Bench: 345
Max Squat: 605

With that info, is it possible to tell me around how many pounds I need to lose?

Thanks for the help guys.

PS: Will creatine help me lose fat or will it hurt me?
PSS: I think my biggest problem is I have a little fat covering muscle causing me to look puffy. Is that a normal problem or is it just my imagination and rationalization?

Also, when I lean up, well my chest look more muscular? When I contract my pecs they feel big and hard, but it kind of looks like I have no chest at all. Is fat my problem or am I just not big enough?

Why the rush to lose weight quickly? As long as you eat properly you should be fine. Don't starve yourself.

4 pounds isn't enough weight to see much noticeable difference. 10 lbs or more is better. Yes you can look lean in 74 days but it will take a good amount of effort on your part.

The squat I find hard to believe.

You decided how much you want to lose. When you get the reuslts you want, you stop.

Can't answer the creatine question as I don't use it. To answer the second question, not a problem, just something most people deal with.

Yes your chest will look more musclar once you lean up. Yes fat is covering the muscle. Yes, your chest could be bigger.

That's a pretty impressive squat but i imagine maybe you're not going parallel on that? Anyway, you need to take shots that are in similar lighting and more importantly from the same angle.. you're shooting down on the second set and it makes your stomach look larger than in the first because of the cut at the bottom of your stomach.

I played soccer my entire life through high school and one year of college (I'm currently a junior). The only thing I lifted since I was 14 was my legs. They've always been big. In all fairness though, my squats are done on a smith machine.

I want to lose weight fast because I live on the beach and want to look good for the summer. I think once I get the fat off I can keep it off, it's just a matter of losing it. Burning the calories I take in is easy for me, creating a good deficit is what I had problems with.

Time is too short to be sure. you'd be better off not smoking too

there is only a slight improvement like everyone says give urself some time dont go drastic. I been cuttin and have been losing 5lbs a month go for something like that...also i woudl recommend u gain some muslces first if not all u will do is end up look pretty weak and muslceless.
