Okay, I've read numerouse articls about dieting. Just wanted to check with you all and see if my meal plan below is good for dieting.
Im 6'4 210lbs Been bulking for 6 weeks
Meal 1 8:00 AM - 2 Scoops of whey protien
Meal 2 10:00 AM - 2 Packages of oatmeal, banana, and 3 eggs with toast
Meal 3 12:00 PM - Sandwhich of sliced turkey with proviline cheese and 1 scoop of whey protien
Meal 4 3:00 PM - Tyson chicken, banana,
Meal 5 6:00 PM - Sliced roast beef sandwhich
Meal 6 8:00 PM - Tuna fish or sandwhich (turkey or roastbeef) with 2 scoops of whey protien
I have a few questions. I am intaking 5 scoops of whey protien is that too much ?
5 x 21 = 105 g of protien...bit much ?
I got alot of free time on my hands this summer so I was hoping to do this for cardio....
8:30 - 30 minutes after having the whey protien Jog for 1 hour
12:00 - Jump rope - Boxing practice
3:00 - After my gym routine, Ill do 1/2 n hour of the stair masterd and 1/2 n hour of jogging
8:00 Late night jogg for about 30 minutes
Now thats about 3 1/2 hours of cardio.... is this too much ?
Is there such a thing of too much cardio ?
Im wieghing 220lbs now, I want to loose about 20-25lbs
Im hoping Ill accomplsih that in 6 weeks, then -rebulk
