very unflattering pictures. i lost my compression shorts so i had to wear my only clean shorts, which were bright silver. i also had to pull them up into wedgie mode for the judges. no shirts, nothing, this was after two months of lifting for me. sorry theyre huge.

missed (by like 3 inches) 400lb squat.

200 LBS !!! Lol dont look at it to me

American weights are weirds ... i was allways wondering why everyone here benchs 200+ lbs

and like the biggest person in the gym i go to can even rack up 230.

You including the bar weight if so ... how much does it weight?

1 bar= 45lbs + (2) 45lb plates + (2) 25lb plates + (2)2.5lb plates + (2) 5lb collars = 200lbs

It seems you undershot your bench. Were you just playing it on the safe side, or did you underestimate yourself?

Blitz- thanks, sometimes i just forget to do reverse grip, that was one of those times. for me though, reverse grip is more in my mind than in my arms, physically i dont think it helps me that much.

ryuage - thanks, and guess what, i am only getting stronger! right now i do multiple reps of those weights, they seem way too light. i guess i have a lot of potential, because in 4.5 months, my 1RM squat and hang clean have gone up over 100 lbs and my bench has gone up over 50lbs. not too bad i guess.

ItalionGalleon - no i didn't undershoot my bench. 200 was easy, but 210 was tough, and 225 didnt go up. my bench has gone up a lot since then though, next meet ill be doing 2 plates easy for my opening lift.
