i have been training for about 10 months, started at 142lbs, went up to 160/162lbs, 5'11. No before pictures and no leg pictures. sorry.

I have been told that they are naturally big, thanks everyone.

my back workout consists of

bent over DB rows (2x7)
pull ups (2x7)
cable rows (2x7)
pull downs (2x7) - stupid, i know.
deadlift (3x6)

your arms may not be that big but man thats a crazy peak in your bicep for how thick your arms are... good work

cheers mate. I think i lag the most in arms, followed by chest. My arms are about 14.25", they look much smaller because of how long my arms are. Which is another problem when doing most muscular. I don't know how to position my arms when I do that pose.
