Well Here I am for all of those who were wondering. Yes, I am Frozmos's roommate, and he has talked me into posting an online journal. We have been keeping a decent routine this year. We lost the workout Log, but no matter. I will try and recreate it from memory.

Alright, hope I did that right. I am going to start a strict cut that I want to stay on. Any suggestions? I am 200 lbs 6'1 and I need to beat the hell out of my roommate in our results. Plus, I know nothing of the sciences of diet. Any help would be much appreciated.

Damn, That was probable one of the most intense workouts I have done in a while. Frozen Moses was hurtin' but I was chargin it. He's a kook. Hopefully, I can go into all my workouts this determined.
