Are you supposed to increase your volume by a lot when you're on as opposed to when you're not on? Anyone have any workouts for training while on gear?

you can easily get carried away but my workouts generally remain the same except workouts are ****ing brutal when "on" because i know my recovery is enhanced

Generally speaking either volume, intensity, or frequency increases.
I've done training protocols with as little as 5 sets per workout to as many as 35 total sets. For me the biggest factor is my shoulder condition...I much prefer to train high intensity / low volume but my tendons can't always take it so I get stuck doing volume workouts.

I don't change anything. The only thing that changes, ultimately, is that I can use more weight and progress faster within my usual workout structure. I don't see any benefit of changing.
