I have been lifting now for about 2 yrs on and off but I have never managed to know how to eat till now. I have finally sort of cracked the art of nutrition, well the basics of it, and I think perhaps if I keep this online journal, it may help me know what im doing right/wrong.



Height- 5'11
Weight- 168 lbs

Goal-To be a sexy muscle machine, maybe drop to about 160 lbs and maintain good muscle mass and great fitness.

If you ever read what I post and somethin dont look right, please help :)
