Ok new here and confused

Have question.

according to what i read On monday and tuesday you are to have a "trace of carbs. Then after the work out's (for monday and tuesday) it says to "carb load"

How can you have a trace of carbs on monday and tuesday yet carb load?

thanks, read it again this AM while more awake i guess I missed "depleation workout" before it talked about carb loading.

Did anyone have a hard time basically eating their day's caolries in only protein and healthy fats on Monday and Tuesday?

he said he doesn't have trouble eating his cals with just protein and fats because he puts mayo on everything.

makes sense to me.

add olive oil to food as well for a quick and easy way to increase calories.
