Ok might as well start and see whats up. I never done a log maybe this will keep me going knowing I have good people reading and maybe sometimes supporting

I am 23 years old 258 pounds. I want to get to 220. I have a big chest which may be due to a high level of estrogen, but i am taking supplements for that. Basically I want good health with a good figure and NO bitch tits :)

Wake up time : 11:56

So far today I took my one pill of CHRYSIN 500MG with a small 8oz of Poland Spring water.

I got to work at 12:59 and had a 24oz sports pack bottle of water. Usually I wait for my co-worker Duane to order some food, and so starts the calorie intake.

BTW my intake for my body wieght is suppose to be 3709. I am trying to get to at least 2700 a day maybe less.

Ok I ordered a Tuna Salad for lunch it included

3 pieces of chopped tomatoes
no dressing
about 6oz of Tuna I would say

This meal is probably around 600 Calories...maybe more I dunno

Just tried this protein shake had about 100 calories per serving and 17g of protein

I had a scoop and a half. It was chocolate and tasted fairly well.

Another 200 calories chalked up!

I am going to workout tonight around 11pm est. 45 minutes of Cardio and legs. Probably just leg lifts and calves.

Ok last night I went to the gym and did 25 minutes on the tread and 15 minutes on the bike.

Before the workout i ate some white turkey and some green beans in its covering.

I woke up this morning and bought Total lean and took 2 right when I got it with some water, a liter bottle. I have had 3 liters of water so far. I ate a Tuna Salad just like yesterdays.

Still figuring out how many carbs are good for me each day...over 10g bad?

I also had my CHRYSIN 500mg pill. Keep you all posted later
