Hey, take a look at the diet and tell me what you think. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I am 6'0 205lb and 15% b/f .

You need more calories, I suggest at least 500 more to start with, then adjust them accordingly week-by-week. Since your carbs appear quite low, provided you're doing a balanced diet, I suggest getting more calories from carbs. Maybe a bagle and some ww bread, low GI fruits and veggies are a good addition too.
