hi,
u guys were probably asked this a thousand times, but i searched through maaany threads and articles and couldnt find a definite answer.
when bulking, how much protein should I take? is it at least 1 gram per pound of weight?
Can u take TOO much protein?
I'm 6' and 150 lbs and trying to bulk up for the next 3-4 months,
I wrote out my dieting schedule with a little help from fitday.com (gotta love them) and somehow came up with 300 g of protein.
Is that too much? Or should I reduce it a little bit?
Nyway, please help
