We need to organize something to where everyone gets a webpage. Either on the wbb server(if hulk has enough free webspace) or on something like tripod or something. We could have our goals, stats, workout routine, pics of ourselves, etc...Who would take the time to make this webpage? Or we could have someone make a template and then for the computer webpage illiterate people, they could just enter the info. So who would do it? I would

No...if he has a certain amount of bandwidth he can have and he is already way below the limit then it's fine. OR if we did something like xoom, tripod, etc..it's free. I'm just saying it'd be nice if we could get a bunch of people to do it all at once or something.

It would be too hectic I think if it was on the WBB servers. Hulk would have to setup 800+ accounts and directories.

I could do it for him. :)

Also, I'd be willing to pay Hulk enough money for 10-20 megs of webspace, for my webpage on wbb.

I'd be interested.
I would even chip in on the cost, if there were to be any.

There is already a list of personal webpages on the members section. Why not just use xoom or geocities or your own ISP webspace?

I think it's a lot HARDER than you guys think it is...

basically like Elite's web pages right?...

Well if it WAS to happen it would not be on the wbb server I doubt. I don't have unlimited space or bandwidth. We are comfortable for now but not enough to introduce accounts..

In fact there are probably services that allow people to have webspace branded under WBB.. I.e like bigmailbox for @domain.com email addresses etc..

I will look into it..

However I still have to decide if it is something I want to introduce. (on wbb domain).

For a start it would need to be fully automated which means I have no control over what anyone might display on the for eg wannabebig.com/sites/whatever domain. That worrys me a little..

Also I think the journal section allows people to show everything about them quite well..

Tell you what I will start looking into what is involved and see if I can find a service that hosts this under the wannabebig.com domain and get back to ya :)

what's the point in having the articles then?!

the journals do the majority too.

pointless idea imo.

Yes I do, but I'm curious what the articles written on WBB have to do with members having their own personal webspace/webpages.
