Hey
Im new to this forum so if this question has been brought up before sorry for asking again.
I went to GNC the other day and the guy over there was telling me about MRI NO2. He said that I take 8 a day for 3 weeks and in 3 weeks I'll see the results I want. Is this true, does it only take 3 weeks? He said after I
take one bottle I wont have to take anymore. I was also wondering if this product burns some fat too. I have been working out for about 3 months now and there's still a layer of fat across my chest I cant get rid of. Will this product help? I was also wondering if this product does everthing it says it does, like buliding muscle, cutting and defining. Thanks for any help.

Do a search, there have been a lot of threads about Nitrix/NO2 lately.

I did the search and looked at some past thread. None of them really answered my questions.

no it's not true

you could take it for 3 years and it will still have absoultely nothign to do with muscle building or performance

no it won't have any effect on bodyfat levels

no,no and no

just beware young skywalker that the GNC guy gets paid $2-3 for every bottle of BS2 that he sells

of course you could have realized all this by reading previous threads but you had a hard time believing them (or comprehending them)

hope this helps

Don't shop at GNC unless you like throwing money away...and if that's the case, PM me and I'll let you send me the money instead :D.

You want someone to tell you that it does everything the idiot working at the GNC told you so you can be at ease when you buy it...not going to happen.

NO supplement will get you "the results you want in 3 weeks"...heavy doses of anabolics would probably not even achieve this.

Good Point

I think alot of the more honest people out there find it hard to believe a raquet like this goes on

wouldn't the gov't step in and prevent people from being ripped off

I wish they would

all companies should have to pay a third party to do impartial research to be able to make ANY kind of a claim re: a product

I've never tryed it but people have told me they made good gains with it. Personally I just eat tons and take creatine and protein shakes. No2 is way to expensive for me. :burger:

OK...OK. Is there anything you guys would reccomend for me? I want to be more, cut, defined and I want to add mass. Is there anything out there besides the basics (creatine, protein)?

lol this forum is great.

blink, listen to these guys. Are you seeing a pattern? No supplement is going to give you gains...their purpose is to enhance a well planned, well executed training and diet program. If this is not in place, not a single supplement in the world will do ANYTHING.

Creatine and protein, along with ECA, ALA, multivitamin and a good meal replacement are all you need. Everything else is pretty much just to patch up a deficiency, or pure marketing BS.

Go to the gym. now.

unfortunately the last two things are the only supps proven to do anything

I think anything that your body allready requires will help you along the way

there are 2 essential fatty acids

8 essential amino acids and a host of vitamins and minerals that are essential as well

getting consitent intake of essential nutrients plus lots of water and fiber will enhance any cutting or bulking plan

Oh and make a choice between bulking and cutting

Man your just thinking of a quick fix, but there is no quick fix. You have to have patients, have a proper diet and hit the gym. Creatine plays a small part in getting your body to where you want. The major things you have to really work on is how you spend your time at the gym, proper way to lift and your diet. And it depends on how bad you want this to happen.
