Am trying to get a full new program and diet. I don't know much but would like to turn my chubby body into something i can be proud of... Have posted my routine on the bodybuilding forum.

I find it hard to have structured meals cause i am constantly on the move and at university.. Usually

Breaky = Bowl Cereal + Protein Shake

Lunch = Sandwhich + Protein Shake

Dinner = Large meat meal

Before Bed = Protein Shake

been training for a few months and have just made no gains....

I attended a university. Something stopping you from carrying tupperwear(sp?) around?

i go to a university and am always carrying things around. from protein bars to tupperwear, i just want to make sure i can space out my eating right. because 2 or 3 large meals isn't gonna do it, gotta have 5 or 6 decently sized ones.

agree with all of the above... plus it doesnt look like you are eating enough.
