That stuff is too sweet; I gotta stick with good old fashion mayo.

Can you give the macros analysis/100gr of product?
(if you remember)
who needs miracle whip when you've got cottage cheese to mix w/tuna? :)

that sounds nasty.
foolish people have said this before, but i gaurantee it that many people on this board agree with me. I dare you to try it, it wont take long, and you have the opportunity to prove me wrong. Get two pieces of bread (wholewheat is best of course), toast it really well. Then drain a can of tuna and mix it with about .25-.5cup of lowfat cottage cheese (but dont get Light&Lively cause that is nasty). Mix some pepper and salt in too, to taste. Pile the tuna on the bread and bite. I'm telling you, its good stuff. Even if you hate cottage cheese.
Try it try it try it! :p

Ok that sounds downright nasty.
Thats like putting mustard in a peanut butter and bannana sandwhich.

I've tried it. It's good. Well, as good as cottage cheese and tuna can be.
And Bam Bam.... when typing.... slow down. For God's sake. Correct typos. Please. Thank you.

PB and banana is awesome! PB and honey is really good too...
Okay, now I have to go make myself a sandwich... ;)
pb and banana sounds yummy...but wheres the protein? :(
and pb, banana, tuna is not sounding too tasty even to me

PB is a decent source of protein and unsaturated fats...good thing too b/c I eat a lot of PB :)
PB on apple slices is good too...

I eat about 1000 calories worth of peanuts a day right now; they'd better be good for you.

Woah! I eat 2 servings and it makes my stomach feel funky. I don't know if I'd be able to hold that down. :D

i love that natural pb that you gotta mix. i could live off of that stuff. pb and banana is good. i tried a pb and pickle once cause my friend's wife told me she'd try pb and a naner if i tried the piclke. it was nasty i tell you. pregnant women and their urges.
tuna and cottage cheese, i'll try it tomorrow an i guarantee it's nasty. i like tuna with mayo and relish, cottage cheese with crushed pineapple or i like to mix it with whole wheat spagetti too. now that is good. sometimes i even make cottage cheese with salad dressing and croutons for a quick snack. i'm on a bbq phase now, i have to eat bbq sause with my chicken, roast and things like that. i guess i'm just sick of the same old flavor. who knows.

What's a naner?
10-18-2001, 09:20 PM
southern slang for banana, i did'nt feel like writing it all out again, lol.
but isnt PB more mono-fats than anything else? I mean, its something like 3g of protein per 100 cals of the stuff, i think. 100 cals of meat would be a much more decent protein source
10-20-2001, 04:34 PM
It's up to 20grams of protein per 100grams of pb but it's not the best kind of protein you can get.
10-20-2001, 05:11 PM
so have a prtoein shake with it, sheesh. lay of the pb. it's good stuff. don't worry so much over protein, you'll get it in other ways. one pb and banana sandwich aint gonna kill ya. poor people as myself eat them but only for a snack or with some other protein source like cottage cheese, mmmmm.
