what is one? i always have trouble with breakfast, im normally just a toast guy and i dont like oatmeal...wat else cud i eat..i need it to be

350 cals...29.16 grams of protein, 25.52 carbs and 11.34 of fats (btw does that seem ok?)

Some kind of healthy cold cereal, like a bran cereal of some sort and a protein shake. You could take fish oil caps for fat.

i usually eat oatmeal, a piece of fruit, egg whites and or some cottage cheese.

Natural ones, you mean like chicken in a blender?? Just buy some whey powder.

I wasn't ware that god had to worry about cutting... :)

Anyway, i am cutting right now and I take 4 eggs, an english muffin, glass of OJ, and some butter. yum.

I usually have 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, one slice fat free cheese, one slice whole wheat bread plain, and some ketchup

I would like some input too, if you guys think this is a good cutting breakfast?

I have two Special K Waffles with Natty Peanut Butter on them, and half a banana on each one and I just eat it like a taco. Then I drink a whey shake.

egg & cheese sandwich:

3 eggs on 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, with one piece of cheese ought to get you close to those macros & cals.

All bran and raw oats with skim milk and a whey shake. YUM!
Or 2 poached eggs with 2 wholemeal toast no butter. :cool:

100gs oats with weatbran, omlette or tuna, and tin of fruit, swig of flax mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm-not exactly cutting tho

I don't eat any carbs except pwo so, for me, any diet consisting of carbs in the morning wouldnt cut it.
