im just so nervous, lol it starts 2moro i just wanna chek this looks kool.....

im sorting out wat foods to eat now...but if anyway has any help please giv it

7am-10pm(15hrs/)

7am- Cardio(if a cardio day)

8am-Protein- 29.16grams/116.64 calories
Carbs- 25.52 grams/102.08 calories
Fats-11.34 grams /102.08 calories

11am-Protein- 29.16grams/116.64 calories
Carbs- 25.52 grams/102.08 calories
Fats-11.34 grams /102.08 calories

1pm-Protein- 29.16grams/116.64 calories
Carbs- 25.52 grams/102.08 calories
Fats-11.34 grams /102.08 calories

2pm-lifting(if a lifting day)

3pm-fast digesting carbs (“during this phase after training you can take in up to .7 g of carbs/lb”… so does this mean in my case because im 175 lbs I can eat 112.5 grams of carbs?) same amount of carbs and faT?

6pm- Protein- 29.16grams/116.64 calories
Carbs- 25.52 grams/102.08 calories
Fats-11.34 grams /102.08 calories

where can i buy protein powders and does anyone suggest when i shud take these...ill look thru some threads of some nice combinations

Buy protein powders in supplement stores or online. Whey is best used after a workout. Try to eat whole food as much as possible.

As for the diet, I suggest separating carbs and fats in meals, but others don't.

At 3pm don't take in any fats. You can take that many carbs in if you want, personally I'm about your size and I just take in ~50 grams of carbs postworkout and 48 grams of protein.
