this is after about 2 - 3 months training wbb/max ot. i was skinny and kind of muscular before, but more on the skinny side (not that i'm still not)

you look good man, 8ish % bf, back and delts seem to be the strong points abs doesn't seem bad either. Chest looks small compared to other things.

i totally agree. the problem is that i never even really trained my back seriously until a few months ago, and it came so far so quick, but my chest just never seems to get big. it actually got noticeably bigger in the past few months, which gives you an idea of how it was before. i don't get it i eat tons, and train my chest so hard. i'd say maybe i overtrain it but i highly doubt that's the case.

these are better chest pics, but still it's lagging behind. i dont' get it i do db press both incline and decline, cable flies upwards and downwards, pullovers, and dips.

what max ot? you have to sign up for it, i know it didn't cost anything, just an email address. i have an email address that i keep for stuff like that, it's only used for signing up for things that i wouldn't give my real email address for. as i remember it was a quick sign up

what signs are there of overtraining a specific muscle group? i know the general signs of overall overtraining, but i'm not experiencing anything. and i get good rest, don't work out any muscle too frequently, and eat very well. i mean at most i do ten sets, which i do on other groups too like my shoulders. come to think about it, the average set on my chest probably consists of around 8 reps, whereas other body parts i aim lower like 6 max. doubt it but maybe i'm not overloading it enough like the rest of my body?

slick - not my real one anyways... no not training for only 2-3 months. i've been training for like 6 or 7 years.. the thing is i wrestled at 140 in both my junior year in high school and senior year. i kept in the low 140's, actually closer to 145, through the beginning of my current (junior) year in college. a few months ago i started checking out these boards, learned a lot about nutrition, which is where i was serioujsly lacking, and some good stuff about training, and have since put on about ten pounds lean muscle. i wish i had pics from before because i was way skinnier. since i'm so skinny and on the smaller side, 10 pounds of lean muscle shows a lot.
