Is this enough? I look like Im becoming a walking piece of fat, should I be eating something different?
meal 1 - breakfast 8AM - 10AM
5 egg whites
coffee (sorry guys, w/o this I cant function properly)
tuna sandwiches or muesli bar sometimes nothing at all
meal 2 12PM - 1PM (lunch)
rice
chicken/beef, usually large portions (4 times a day)
OR McDonalds (maybe 1 or 2 times a week)
OR noodles (maybe 1 or 2 times a week)
meal 3 3PM - 5PM
A burger
or rice with chicken and vegetables
meal 4 7PM-8PM (after workout)
Protein shake
3 egg whites
meal 5 9PM (dinner)
rice
chicken/beef/pork/fish (usually smaller to medium servings)
vegetables
Guys, am I doing it right? Ive been eating like this for 5 months and I jumped 11kg. I knwo this is bulking...but the thing Im concerned is about is (1) I've read its unhealty to eat at 9PM or taking suppers, I eat on average 1 pack of chips together with meal 4 A WEEK. (2) 8 egg whites for 80kg, 19 years, would that be okay?
