1 slice of turkey
2 cans of tuna w/ teaspn of mayo
turkey sandwich on wheat bread with 6 slices of turkey
5 teaspns of peanut butter straight up
how many calories do you think I ate so far?

Yes, quit being lazy. Even easier... count _as_ you're eating them, don't wait til some time later and try to track everything down.

It's enough that I have to count my own calories every day let alone having to count someone elses.

I think it's easier to just look on the box or whatever it is you're making. Or, use a calculator to figure out a base diet and how many calories that is- eat that everyday and you can add a variety of things to it to keep it tasty.

is it important to use ratios when bulking like the 40/30/30 as long as u take in 1 gram of protein per lb. of body weight?
