I have been cutting on and off for a while.. And I hit 163. I still want to lose more BF%. Do i still keep cutting? I havent been losing weight for the past Two weeks. Should I lower my calories? (I have had a few cheat days ;) )
I also havent had many cardio days.. So that seems like a good idea.

What is the best way to go?

If you feel you need to keep going, then by all means, keep on cutting. Post your diet so we can help you further, make sure your cals aren't too high/low.
