What are the big differences with these diets? Is it better to go on a TKD or CKD till one is at a certain level of body fat. Or would it be more beneficial to go on the Ultimate Diet first? Any ideas?

UD2.0 is essentially a CKD with a workout routine to go with it (and work with it). Just go for it :)

Would it be better to get body fat down to < 20% initially by using a Ketogenic diet, or would the UD2.0 work alright despite the higher percentage of BF?
You shouldn't need to use any special kind of diet to get down to 15%. Simply create a caloric deficit (a slight one so you don't lose too much muscle), while still working out of course, and watch the fat melt off you.

Lyle recommends the UD2.0 for individuals at 15% BF and below. I would say it is still worthwhile slightly higher than this at say 17 or 18%, but over 20% is probably too much. Like the guys say any simple calorie deficit should shed the fat.
