I eating 4 meals a day suit me most; I need to aim to eat 40 grams protein per meal, 35 grams of carbs per meal and 19 of fat per meal. Does that sound ok by the way?

8am-Protein shake (16g pro), 250 ml of milk (9g pro/13g carbs)
-Oatmeal (9 pro/35g carbs/Fat 5g)

-Pro=34g/carbs=48g/fat=5g

1pm-Tuna (39g Protein)
-Pasta (53g carbs/10g pro)

-Pro=49g/carb=48g

5pm-Steak (40g pro/11g fat), Vegetables and Jacket Potato (31 carbs)

9pm-what should I eat here?

I will be drinking a lot of water thru the course of the day. I would do cardio if a cardio day before 8am and if it is a lifting day I would lift around 2. what should I eat post workout, I donít want too much but what would be good to eat then? And for carbs at my evening ish meal time, shuid I aim to eat vegetables? I mean I like stuff like rice etc but if veg would be ok ide prefer that

what should i add to this...im cutting btw and my daily intake shud be 2100
