i was reading in a magazine that Hydroxycut can help keep muscle up while u lose fat, is this true?

im losing weight steadily right now, id say around 2-3lbs a week or someweeks maybe less, i havent seen a big reduce in muscle but would hydroxycut help cut any muscle loss?

are you going by the mirror or by a body fat/composition analyzer? at 3 lbs a week I'd imagine your shedding some muscle
