When is a good time to take a week off from creatine?. I've been taking it for about 2 months.

If you wanna stop taking it for a week, then just stop whenever. Creatine will stay saturated in your muscles for almost a month.

Whenever you feel like you want to stop taking it.

I would reckon you go on a cycle for 6-8 weeks, and dont take any Creatine into your system for 28 days, then start up again. Its just to let your body recover and for your body to carry on producing its own Creatine as normal.

Search google about it, thats where i found out :)

slowing or stopping creatine production is nothing like testosterone

you can screw up test production for months

once you quit creatine * if you ever do * your body will instantly start making it again

if anyone has any scientific evidence to the contrary please post it

all we have is evidence that shows production is slowed while ON creatine not while OFF and these are toally differenct circumstances

your body can live without test but not without creatine

I havent begun to bulk cause i have around 40-50lbs to lose still. my question on this is if you take it and do well with gains do you "lose" some of your gains when you stop?

No. Creatine isn't a steroid. You may lose water weight, but that's it.

If anything you'll lose a rep or two, not overall strength.

Hehe.
