I did Google this but all i got was ads. What is the difference? i just got an sale flyer from one of the places that i buy my supplements from. They have have Eclipise Whey on sale and Eclipse Whey Isolate and i dont know what the difference is. I know that i ordered Eclipse Whey and found out too late it had Aspartane in it which gives me headaches but the Isolate says it dosent.

there is a time and a place for both bro...

I could copy out the meaningful parts...but I never can tell if it annoys the mods to have so many quotes on the board or not...
these two articles (in particular the second) really explain the differences and benefits.
It depends on your goals/budget/diet etc...
post workout makes the most sense to take your higher quality proteins (IMHO)
which is when I take CFM's and hydrolyzed wheys with the goal of getting into Hyperaminoacidemia (more anabolic) and why I take aminogen just in case it does what it advertises/reports to

what is nitrean considered?
*** Nitrean contains whey isolates, whey concentrate, whey hydrolysates, egg albumin, glutamine peptides, and isolated casein peptides.

Whey protein isolate is better than whey protein concentrate in that it supplies more protein per serving and also tends to taste much better. For instance, whey isolates contain over 90% protein while concentrates are around 80%. So a 30 gram serving would give you 27 grams of protein from an isolate and around 23-24 grams from a concentrate.
Because the impurities often found in concentrates are removed when producing whey isolates, whey isolates taste better than whey concentrates and have a neutral flavor
