Hey guys! What's up? I am lifting more seriously now and have started to take supplements. I am currently taking protein twice a day and creatine once a day (I already loaded). I mix them both together in milk. I was wondering if there is anything else I am missing or should be taking. I do not want to start taking anabolic steroids, because although I do want to get huge, I do not feel it is worth the risks. Aside from steroids, are there any other supplements you would suggest me taking? Thank you again for any help or guidance you can offer.

Good diet and training. Don't think anyone was even close to suggesting you take steroids, especially to someone new to lifting. I'm glad you don't want to take them now. You wouldn't believe how many people who don't know the first thing about good nutrition/training want to juice.

Yes Shao-Lin has a lot of good advice to just get the diet and training in order even before u start supplementation, but since u've already started just get the diet in order..

I am keeping my diet in check and making sure that my training is my first concern. However, I do know that supplements help. I was just wondering if there was anything besdies protein and creatine that you would suggest or know that works.

Nope, that's about it. Multivitamins, Vitamin E, B complex, C, maybe....but that's about it.

Aside from ALN Nitrean and ALN Creatine 500 I am taking One-A-Day men's vitamen. Is that any good?
