Hey this is my first post, ive logged on the site a few times but only registered a few days ago.

Im 16 and i "wannabebig". I would like advice on foods that will help me gain muscle and help me lose weight.

I don't know of any site that will tell you exactly what food and what amounts to eat. You can use www.fitday.com to find out how many calories, protein, fat and carbs a particular food has and make your own plan, that's what most people do

http://www.wannabebig.com/ and http://www.atlargenutrition.com/ both have really good nutrition articles. One is even titled "eating for mass," I think.

Edgar hit the nail on the head though, once you read up it will be better for you to design your own diet to meet your specific needs.
