AH yes, i think i will start one of these. I just had to tell someone this... as some of you know i plateaued pretty bad recently.

Well with legs i just started doing the leg press with both legs again (i was isolating them doing sets for each leg separately, and i have no idea why)

Anyway when i first was doing both legs i hit 145lbs, when i first started, then i stopped for 2 months cuz i did each leg independently of the other...

Yesterday i did both feet and did my last set of 8 @ 260lbs! thats a huge leap up from 145lbs 2 months ago. just had to get that one out.
