Hello all. First let me say that I am bulking and I am on a good diet.
I take a mixture of Protein, Creatine, Sugar (dextrose), and a complex carbohydrate all in one shake post workout.
When I wake up in the morning I take a multivitamin, fish oil tabs, and calcium tabs. (I’m lactose intolerant)
Pre workout I do nothing…
Is there anything that I should get or start taking? I am due for a run to the supplement store and am wondering if I should get something else? Thank you.
